Few things capture the 1990s quite like the sitcom Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. The show’s theme song was the anthem of the decade, and characters like Carlton Banks with his rich boy attitude, charming personality and unforgettable dance moves to Jazzy Jeff on the turntables who played will smiths best friend, have become iconic in pop culture. Now Fans of "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" can wear their love for the show on their sleeves — literally This week, he launched a new clothing line that capitalizes on his roots as the Fresh Prince.

Will Smith took to Instagram to announce Bel-Air Athletics, a new line of sportswear inspired by the classic sitcom that made him a household name. Clothes in the limited-edition collection are designed to resemble the athletic uniforms at Bel-Air Academy, the elite private school attended on the show, which aired from 1990 to 1996 on NBC; fake crest included!

In a hilarious video, Smith models several pieces from the collection himself, you can see for yourself on his instagram! Flipping the jacket open, he reveals a liner with the same paisley pattern that adorned the inside of his character's school uniform blazer which was one of my favorite pieces from the show. I would comment how relevant the style and patterns would be in current fashion often and how id love to wear it! I am a little biased on this one though guys because this show definitely played a huge role in my life growing up and I am 100% a 90's kid at heart.

Nineties fashion is back in style, bringing back looks from that decade like champion and reebok. For those of us who were born during this time it may be an easier look to accomplish then you realize, for me its a go to when i want to look good and be comfortable. The boom in athleisure wear could also play a role in the success of tailored comfy looks like this one that the collection plays off of.

The limited-edition collection, which is available exclusively on Will Smith’s website, is only available until October 14. The items include things you might find at a high school booster club shop. There are old-school varsity T-shirts for $30 in traditional school colors like crimson and navy, and $60 grey hooded sweatshirts with matching $50 shorts. There are also some designs that scream ’90s fashion to the fullest, full of cartoon drawings and clashing fonts. For instance the $40 sky blue tie-die T-shirt featuring a photo of Smith in his twenties & other designs including a $90 blue track jacket with a gorgeous paisley print on the inside that peeks through at the lapel. And yes, there’s a matching $30 basketball in a blue and paisley print to go with it. see for yourself guys im going to for sure before its gone!
